1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, confirming, or accepting a cleaning appointment with NovaNest Cleaning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or website. These Terms apply in addition to any written quote, confirmation email, or service notes we provide to you.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself and any other occupants of the service address.

2. Services

NovaNest Cleaning provides residential cleaning services as described on our website and in your booking confirmation. Service details, including the number of rooms, add-ons, and frequency, are based on the information you provide at booking and may impact the quoted price and time estimate.

We reserve the right to adjust the scope of work or recommend a different service level if the home condition materially differs from the description provided. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated and must be approved before work continues.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled for an arrival window rather than an exact start time. Factors such as traffic or previous appointments may affect arrival, but we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays or changes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee up to the full service amount, to compensate our team for reserved time.

We may cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to promptly set a new date and time.

4. Payments & Billing

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at the time of service via the payment methods listed on our website or booking system. By providing a payment method, you authorize NovaNest Cleaning to charge all amounts due for scheduled services, including applicable taxes and approved add-ons.

If a payment is declined or fails, you agree to promptly provide an alternative payment method. We may suspend or cancel future services until your account is brought current. Late or unpaid balances may be referred to collections subject to applicable law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property, including entry instructions, parking where legally permitted, and a hazard-free environment. Pets should be secured, and valuable or fragile items should be safely stored before the team arrives.

You agree to disclose any special conditions, sensitivities, or instructions related to surfaces, finishes, or materials in your home. NovaNest Cleaning is not responsible for damage arising from undisclosed conditions or improper original installation of fixtures or finishes.

6. Service Limitations

For the safety of our team and the protection of your property, we do not move heavy furniture or appliances, clean areas that are structurally unsafe, or perform services that require specialized licensing, such as mold remediation or pest control.

We do not clean human or animal waste, biohazard materials, or conditions that present a health or safety risk. If such conditions are discovered, services may be paused or terminated at our discretion, and you may be charged a reasonable fee for time already spent on-site.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

We strive to deliver consistent, high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can reasonably address your concern. Our obligation is, at our discretion, to re-clean the affected area or provide a service credit; refunds are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaNest Cleaning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date shown below. Continued use of our services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service are effective as of April 11, 2026. If NovaNest Cleaning makes significant updates to these Terms, reasonable efforts will be made to notify active customers, which may include email notices, in-account notifications, or a prominent notice on our website.
